Workshop Wanted
After several lovely years at my current location I need to move.
What I have now.
Yes, I need to move due to my current premises being redeveloped by my landlords. As you can see from the above pictures, I try and keep things neat and tidy and I’m more of a craft business, specialising in classic cars, than a typical garage. My current premises comprises two workshops, one of only 400 square feet and another even smaller at about 300 square feet. I also have use of a yard in which customers cars can be parked awaiting work.
What I’m looking for.
I’m looking for around 700 square feet to 2,000 square feet under cover and a place to park up to 4 cars at any one time. It can be one workshop, two smaller workshops next to each other, an enclosed barn or farm building; I’ll consider anything. I’m willing to share a larger premises with someone else in a similar situation and a compatible business.
For health reasons I’m unable to work as hard as I could when young so I can’t afford a commercial rent at the moment, although I have a new product in development that might well do very well. So I’m looking for a relaxed, quiet space, close to Buckfastleigh where I live, or a quick commute away.
